At AV Landtec , we have over 18 years of experience working within the Residential Construction Industry, 8 of which were at Board Director level for large residential housing developers. Although in recent times, the housing sector has been savagely hit by the global recession, there WILL always be a need for private sector housing.
Within the last 2 years, the housing sector has either greatly reduced or stopped any new build construction. Up until then, Government White Papers concluded that there was a new build housing shortfall of sum 250,000 houses a year to statistically enable their housing targets to be achieved. With production dramatically decreasing since then, we would not like to hazard any guesses to the statistics today.
With this, AV Landtec was formed to enable Clients and Businesses achieve Added Value to their existing or future Land Portfolio, by change of use to Residential land use. As the demand for housing will increase over the coming years, so will the demand for land.
Once planning permission is received, generally they remain " in permission " for between 2- 5 years , so existing businesses can still trade until such time values are accepted.
